What a great May it has been here in the Tampa Bay area fr fishing for tarpon! We’ve had great weather, great fishing, and the tarpon have averaged over 100lbs.
We’ve primarily been fishing the beaches and passes with live blue crabs. Spotting schools of tarpon, setting up on them, and casting to rolling fish. It’s such an awesome experience to see the fish, cast to them, and then to feel the strike… knowing that you’re in for the fight of a lifetime.
